Description

A refreshing and vibrant blue lemonade made with lemon juice and blue curaçao syrup. Perfect for hot days or fun gatherings.


Ingredients

  • 1 cup freshly squeezed lemon juice (about 4-6 lemons)
  • 4 cups cold water
  • 1/2 cup blue curaçao syrup (non-alcoholic)
  • 1/2 cup granulated sugar (adjust to taste)
  • Ice cubes, as needed
  • Lemon slices, for garnish
  • Fresh mint leaves, for garnish (optional)

Instructions

  1. In a large pitcher, combine the freshly squeezed lemon juice and granulated sugar. Stir until the sugar is fully dissolved.
  2. Add the cold water and blue curaçao syrup. Mix well until fully combined.
  3. Taste and adjust sweetness or acidity if necessary.
  4. Chill the lemonade in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes.
  5. To serve, fill glasses with ice cubes, pour in the blue lemonade, and garnish with lemon slices and mint leaves if desired.

Notes

  • You can replace sugar with honey or a sugar substitute for a healthier version.
  • Add sparkling water instead of regular water for a fizzy version.
  • Use food-grade blue coloring if blue curaçao syrup is unavailable.
