This Blooming Quesadilla Ring is a fun, crowd-pleasing appetizer made with cheesy chicken quesadillas arranged in a circle and baked until golden. Perfect for game day, parties, or anytime you want a dish that looks as amazing as it tastes!
Ingredients
For the Quesadillas:

3 cups cooked shredded chicken

1 ½ cups shredded cheddar cheese

1 ½ cups shredded Monterey Jack cheese

½ cup diced red bell pepper

½ cup diced green onions

1 teaspoon chili powder

1 teaspoon cumin

½ teaspoon garlic powder

½ teaspoon onion powder

½ teaspoon salt

12 small flour tortillas (6-inch size)

Cooking spray or melted butter (for brushing)
For Serving:

Sour cream

Salsa or pico de gallo

Guacamole
Instructions

Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.

In a large bowl, mix shredded chicken, both cheeses, bell pepper, green onions, and all spices until well combined.

Cut each tortilla in half. Scoop about 2 tablespoons of the chicken mixture onto each half and fold into a triangle.

Arrange the filled tortillas in a circular ring on the baking sheet, overlapping the corners so they form a wreath shape.

Brush the tops with cooking spray or melted butter for a golden finish.

Bake for 20–25 minutes, or until the tortillas are golden brown and the cheese is melted.

Carefully transfer the ring to a serving platter. Place bowls of salsa, guacamole, and sour cream in the center.
