Description

: A delicious twist on the classic Big Mac, these Big Mac wraps feature all the iconic flavors of the burger in a convenient wrap form. Perfect for a quick lunch or dinner, these wraps are loaded with seasoned beef, lettuce, cheese, pickles, onions, and a homemade Big Mac sauce, all wrapped up in a soft tortilla.

Ingredients

  • 1 lb ground beef

  • 1 packet of taco seasoning or 2 tbsp of homemade seasoning

  • 4 large flour tortillas

  • 1 cup shredded lettuce

  • 1/2 cup chopped onions

  • 1/2 cup pickles, sliced

  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese

  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese

  • 1/2 cup Thousand Island dressing (for Big Mac sauce)

  • 2 tbsp mayonnaise

  • 1 tbsp ketchup

  • 1 tbsp mustard

  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  • Cook the Beef: In a skillet over medium heat, brown the ground beef. Drain any excess fat. Add taco seasoning (or homemade seasoning), salt, pepper, and a splash of water. Stir and cook for another 2-3 minutes until fully combined.

  • Make Big Mac Sauce: In a small bowl, combine Thousand Island dressing, mayonnaise, ketchup, and mustard. Stir until well mixed.

  • Assemble the Wraps: Lay a tortilla flat on a clean surface. Add a spoonful of the seasoned beef mixture in the center. Top with a little Big Mac sauce, shredded lettuce, pickles, onions, and a mix of cheddar and mozzarella cheese.

  • Roll the Wraps: Fold in the sides of the tortilla and then roll it tightly from the bottom up, ensuring the filling stays secure.

  • Cook the Wraps (Optional): To crisp up the wraps, heat a skillet over medium heat. Place the wraps seam side down and cook for 2-3 minutes on each side until golden brown and crispy.

  • Serve: Slice in half and serve immediately, with extra Big Mac sauce for dipping if desired.

Notes

  • You can swap out the tortillas for low-carb or gluten-free options if needed.

  • Add extra toppings like tomatoes or bacon for a personalized touch.

  • If you’re in a rush, skip the crispy step and serve them as soft wraps.
