Description

These Big Mac Cheeseburger Bombs are stuffed with seasoned ground beef, melty cheese, pickles, and a tangy special sauce, all wrapped in soft biscuit dough and baked to golden perfection. They’re perfect for parties, game day, or a fun dinner the whole family will love!

Ingredients

For the bombs:

  • 1 lb ground beef

  • 1/2 tsp salt

  • 1/2 tsp black pepper

  • 1/2 tsp onion powder

  • 1/2 tsp garlic powder

  • 1 tbsp ketchup

  • 1 tbsp yellow mustard

  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese

  • 1/4 cup diced pickles

  • 1 can refrigerated biscuit dough (8-count)

  • 1 tbsp sesame seeds (optional, for topping)

  • 1 tbsp melted butter (for brushing)

For the special sauce:

  • 1/2 cup mayonnaise

  • 2 tbsp ketchup

  • 1 tbsp yellow mustard

  • 1 tbsp sweet pickle relish

  • 1/2 tsp garlic powder

  • 1/2 tsp onion powder

  • 1 tsp white vinegar

Instructions

  • Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.

  • Cook the beef: In a skillet over medium heat, cook ground beef until browned. Drain excess fat.

  • Season the beef: Stir in salt, pepper, onion powder, garlic powder, ketchup, and mustard. Cook for another 2–3 minutes, then remove from heat.

  • Prep the sauce: In a small bowl, mix together all the special sauce ingredients. Set aside.

  • Assemble the bombs: Flatten each biscuit round into a 4-inch circle. Spoon a small amount of beef mixture in the center, add shredded cheddar, pickles, and a small dollop of special sauce.

  • Seal and shape: Fold the edges over the filling and pinch to seal. Place seam-side down on the baking sheet.

  • Top and bake: Brush each bomb with melted butter and sprinkle with sesame seeds. Bake for 15–18 minutes or until golden brown.

  • Serve: Let cool slightly and serve warm with extra special sauce for dipping.

Notes

  • You can use Hawaiian rolls or pizza dough as an alternative to biscuit dough.

  • Feel free to add chopped onions or jalapeños to the filling for extra flavor.

  • These are freezer-friendly! Just reheat in the oven or air fryer.
