- 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
- 1/4 cup olive oil
- 2 tablespoons lemon juice
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
- 1 teaspoon paprika
- 1/2 teaspoon dried oregano
Instructions
- Place the chicken breasts between two sheets of plastic wrap and pound to an even thickness.
- In a bowl, whisk together olive oil, lemon juice, garlic, salt, pepper, paprika, and oregano.
- Place the chicken in a resealable plastic bag or shallow dish and pour the marinade over it. Seal and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes, up to 4 hours.
- Preheat the grill to medium-high heat.
- Remove chicken from marinade and discard the marinade.
- Grill chicken breasts for 6-8 minutes per side, or until internal temperature reaches 165°F (75°C).
- Remove from grill and let rest for 5 minutes before slicing and serving.

- Pounding the chicken ensures even cooking.
- Do not overcook to prevent dryness.
