Description

A delicious and smoky BBQ chicken pizza topped with tangy barbecue sauce, juicy chicken, red onions, and melted cheese on a crispy crust.


Ingredients

  • 1 prepared pizza crust (12-inch)
  • 1/2 cup barbecue sauce
  • 1 cup cooked chicken breast, shredded
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1/4 small red onion, thinly sliced
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1 tablespoon chopped fresh cilantro (optional)

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 450°F (230°C).
  2. Brush the pizza crust with olive oil and spread the barbecue sauce evenly over the surface.
  3. Top with shredded chicken, mozzarella cheese, cheddar cheese, and red onion slices.
  4. Place pizza on a baking sheet or pizza stone and bake for 12-15 minutes, or until cheese is melted and bubbly.
