- 4 (6 oz) salmon fillets, skinless
- 3 tbsp Dijon mustard
- 2 tbsp honey
- 2 tbsp unsalted butter, melted
- 1 tbsp fresh lemon juice
- 2 garlic cloves, minced
- Salt and freshly ground black pepper, to taste
- 1 tbsp chopped fresh parsley (optional, for garnish)
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper or lightly grease it.
- Place salmon fillets on the prepared baking sheet and season with salt and pepper.
- In a small bowl, whisk together Dijon mustard, honey, melted butter, lemon juice, and minced garlic.
- Spoon the sauce evenly over each salmon fillet.
- Bake in the preheated oven for 12-15 minutes, or until the salmon flakes easily with a fork.
- Remove from oven and garnish with chopped fresh parsley if desired. Serve immediately.
