Ingredients

  • 4 bone-in, skin-on chicken thighs
  • 1 packet ranch seasoning mix
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 1/2 tsp garlic powder
  • 1/2 tsp onion powder
  • 1/2 tsp paprika
  • Salt and pepper to taste


Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. Pat the chicken thighs dry with paper towels to ensure the skin crisps up during baking.
  3. In a small bowl, mix the ranch seasoning, garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, salt, and pepper.
  4. Rub the chicken thighs with olive oil, then coat them evenly with the seasoning mixture.
