Ingredients
- 4 bone-in, skin-on chicken thighs
- 1 packet ranch seasoning mix
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 1/2 tsp garlic powder
- 1/2 tsp onion powder
- 1/2 tsp paprika
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
- Pat the chicken thighs dry with paper towels to ensure the skin crisps up during baking.
- In a small bowl, mix the ranch seasoning, garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, salt, and pepper.
- Rub the chicken thighs with olive oil, then coat them evenly with the seasoning mixture.
- Place the seasoned chicken thighs on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper or a silicone baking mat.
- Bake for 35-40 minutes, or until the chicken reaches an internal temperature of 165°F (74°C) and the skin is crispy.
