1/2 teaspoon salt

1/2 teaspoon black pepper
-
Optional: fresh parsley for garnish
Instructions
-
Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
-
Pat the pork chops dry with a paper towel.
-
In a small bowl, mix together garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, salt, and pepper.
-
Rub both sides of the pork chops with olive oil, then season evenly with the spice mix.
-
Place the pork chops in a baking dish or on a foil-lined baking sheet.
-
Bake for 18–20 minutes, or until the internal temperature reaches 145°F (63°C).
-
Remove from the oven and let rest for 5 minutes before serving.
-
Garnish with chopped parsley if desired.
Notes
-
Use bone-in pork chops if preferred, just add a few more minutes of cook time.
-
For extra flavor, marinate the chops in olive oil and spices for 30 minutes before baking.
-
To prevent overcooking, use a meat thermometer and pull the chops once they hit 145°F.
