Description

These juicy baked pork chops are seasoned with simple spices and baked to perfection. They’re easy to make, full of flavor, and perfect for a quick weeknight dinner. Serve them with your favorite veggies or mashed potatoes for a comforting meal.

Ingredients

  • 4 boneless pork chops (about 1-inch thick)

  • 2 tablespoons olive oil

  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder

  • 1 teaspoon onion powder

  • 1 teaspoon paprika

  • ½ teaspoon salt

  • ½ teaspoon black pepper

  • Optional: fresh parsley for garnish

Instructions

  • Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).

  • Pat the pork chops dry with a paper towel.

  • In a small bowl, mix together garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, salt, and pepper.

  • Rub both sides of the pork chops with olive oil, then season evenly with the spice mix.

  • Place the pork chops in a baking dish or on a foil-lined baking sheet.

  • Bake for 18–20 minutes, or until the internal temperature reaches 145°F (63°C).

  • Remove from the oven and let rest for 5 minutes before serving.

  • Garnish with chopped parsley if desired.

Notes

  • Use bone-in pork chops if preferred, just add a few more minutes of cook time.

  • For extra flavor, marinate the chops in olive oil and spices for 30 minutes before baking.

  • To prevent overcooking, use a meat thermometer and pull the chops once they hit 145°F.
