Ingredients
- 4 salmon fillets
- 1/2 cup fresh orange juice
- 1/4 cup honey
- 2 tbsp soy sauce
- 1 tbsp Dijon mustard
- 1 garlic clove, minced
- 1 tsp grated fresh ginger
- 1/2 tsp salt

- Heat the saucepan over medium heat and bring to a simmer. Cook for 5-7 minutes until the glaze thickens slightly.
- Place the salmon fillets on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper. Brush the fillets with olive oil.
- Pour the orange glaze over the salmon fillets, reserving a little glaze for later.
- Bake the salmon in the preheated oven for 12-15 minutes or until the salmon is cooked through and flakes easily with a fork.
- Remove the salmon from the oven and brush with the reserved glaze.
- Garnish with fresh orange zest and serve immediately.
Notes
- If you prefer a thicker glaze, let it simmer for an additional 2-3 minutes.
- For a bit of spice, add a pinch of red pepper flakes to the glaze.
- Pair with a side of steamed vegetables or rice for a complete meal.
