Ingredients

1 medium head of cauliflower, cut into bite-sized florets

2 large eggs

1 cup breadcrumbs (panko or regular)

1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese

1 tsp garlic powder

1/2 tsp paprika

1/2 tsp salt

1/4 tsp black pepper

Cooking spray or olive oil for spraying
Instructions

Preheat oven to 425°F (220°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper or lightly grease it.

In a small bowl, beat the eggs.

In a separate bowl, combine breadcrumbs, Parmesan cheese, garlic powder, paprika, salt, and pepper.

Dip each cauliflower floret into the egg mixture, then coat in the breadcrumb mixture, pressing lightly to stick.

Arrange coated florets in a single layer on the baking sheet.

Lightly spray the tops with cooking spray or drizzle with olive oil for extra crispiness.

Bake for 25–30 minutes, flipping halfway through, until golden brown and crispy.
