Description

These baked cauliflower bites are crispy on the outside, tender on the inside, and packed with flavor. They’re perfect as a healthy snack, appetizer, or game-day treat. Coated in a seasoned breadcrumb mix and baked to golden perfection, these little bites are hard to resist!


Ingredients

  • 1 medium head of cauliflower, cut into bite-sized florets

  • 2 large eggs

  • 1 cup breadcrumbs (panko or regular)

  • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese

  • 1 tsp garlic powder

  • 1/2 tsp paprika

  • 1/2 tsp salt

  • 1/4 tsp black pepper

 

  • Cooking spray or olive oil for spraying


Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 425°F (220°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper or lightly grease it.

  2. In a small bowl, beat the eggs.

  3. In a separate bowl, combine breadcrumbs, Parmesan cheese, garlic powder, paprika, salt, and pepper.

  4. Dip each cauliflower floret into the egg mixture, then coat in the breadcrumb mixture, pressing lightly to stick.

  5. Arrange coated florets in a single layer on the baking sheet.

  6. Lightly spray the tops with cooking spray or drizzle with olive oil for extra crispiness.

  7. Bake for 25–30 minutes, flipping halfway through, until golden brown and crispy.

  8. Serve warm with your favorite dipping sauce!


Notes

  • For extra flavor, try adding a pinch of cayenne or chili powder to the breadcrumb mix.

  • These bites are best enjoyed fresh but can be reheated in the oven or air fryer.

  • Great with ranch, marinara, or buffalo sauce!
