1 (20 oz) package refrigerated cheese tortellini

6 slices bacon, chopped

1 cup heavy cream

Instructions

Cook the tortellini according to the package directions. Drain and set aside.

Cook the bacon in a large skillet over medium heat until crispy. Remove with a slotted spoon and set aside. Discard excess bacon grease, leaving about 1 tablespoon in the skillet.

Melt the butter in the same skillet. Add garlic and cook for about 1 minute until fragrant.

Pour in the heavy cream and bring to a simmer. Cook for 2-3 minutes, stirring frequently.

Stir in the Parmesan cheese and mix until the sauce is smooth and creamy. Season with salt, black pepper, and red pepper flakes if using.
