These baby yogurt melts are a healthy and fun snack for little ones. Made with just a few ingredients, they’re perfect for baby-led weaning or toddler snacking.

- 1 cup plain whole milk Greek yogurt
- 1/2 cup fresh or frozen berries (e.g., strawberries, blueberries, or raspberries)
- 1 tsp honey or maple syrup (omit for babies under 1 year)
Instructions
- Place the berries in a blender or food processor and blend until smooth.
- Strain the berry puree to remove seeds if desired.
- In a bowl, mix the yogurt with the berry puree and sweetener (if using).
- Transfer the mixture into a piping bag or ziplock bag with the tip cut off.
- Pipe small dots onto a parchment-lined baking sheet.
- Freeze for at least 2 hours or until completely solid.
- Transfer the melts to an airtight container and store in the freezer until ready to serve.

- Use full-fat yogurt for babies for healthy fat content.
- Try different fruits like mango, banana, or peach for variety.
