- 1 lb ground beef
- 2 tbsp sesame oil
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tbsp ginger, minced
- 1/4 cup soy sauce
- 2 tbsp hoisin sauce
- 1 tbsp oyster sauce
- 1 tbsp brown sugar
- 1 tsp sriracha (optional)
- 1/2 cup green onions, chopped
- 1 cup shredded carrots
- 1 cup cabbage, shredded
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Sesame seeds for garnish (optional)
Instructions
- Cook noodles according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.
- In a large skillet or wok, heat sesame oil over medium-high heat.
- Add ground beef and cook until browned, breaking it apart with a spoon. Drain excess fat if necessary.
- Add garlic and ginger to the beef and sauté for 1-2 minutes until fragrant.
- Stir in soy sauce, hoisin sauce, oyster sauce, brown sugar, and sriracha. Mix well to coat the beef.
- Add shredded carrots and cabbage. Cook for 3-4 minutes until vegetables are tender-crisp.
- Add cooked noodles and toss everything together until well combined and heated through.
- Season with salt and pepper to taste.
- Garnish with green onions and sesame seeds before serving.
