Description

Quick, easy, and delicious Air Fryer Salmon Bites that are crispy on the outside and tender on the inside. Perfect for a healthy weeknight dinner or appetizer.

Ingredients

  • 1 lb salmon fillet, skinless and cut into 1-inch cubes
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp paprika
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/4 tsp black pepper
  • 1 tsp lemon juice
  • Optional: chopped parsley for garnish

Instructions

  1. Preheat the air fryer to 400°F (200°C).
  2. In a bowl, toss the salmon cubes with olive oil, garlic powder, paprika, salt, pepper, and lemon juice until evenly coated.
  3. Place the salmon cubes in the air fryer basket in a single layer, without overcrowding.
  4. Cook for 7–9 minutes, shaking the basket halfway through, until the salmon is cooked through and lightly crispy on the edges.
  5. Remove and garnish with chopped parsley if desired. Serve immediately.

Notes

  • Use fresh salmon for best results, but thawed frozen salmon works too.
  • Do not overcrowd the basket to ensure even cooking.
  • You can add chili flakes for a spicy kick.
