Quick, easy, and delicious Air Fryer Salmon Bites that are crispy on the outside and tender on the inside. Perfect for a healthy weeknight dinner or appetizer.
Ingredients
- 1 lb salmon fillet, skinless and cut into 1-inch cubes
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1 tsp paprika
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/4 tsp black pepper
- 1 tsp lemon juice
- Optional: chopped parsley for garnish
Instructions
- Preheat the air fryer to 400°F (200°C).
- In a bowl, toss the salmon cubes with olive oil, garlic powder, paprika, salt, pepper, and lemon juice until evenly coated.
- Place the salmon cubes in the air fryer basket in a single layer, without overcrowding.
- Cook for 7–9 minutes, shaking the basket halfway through, until the salmon is cooked through and lightly crispy on the edges.
- Remove and garnish with chopped parsley if desired. Serve immediately.
Notes
- Use fresh salmon for best results, but thawed frozen salmon works too.
- Do not overcrowd the basket to ensure even cooking.
- You can add chili flakes for a spicy kick.
