Description

A quick, healthy, and delicious way to prepare Mahi Mahi using an air fryer, resulting in a tender, flaky fish with a lightly crisp exterior.


Ingredients

  • 2 Mahi Mahi fillets (about 6 oz each)
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1/2 teaspoon dried oregano
  • 1/2 teaspoon lemon zest
  • Lemon wedges for serving


Instructions

  1. Preheat the air fryer to 400°F (200°C) for 3–5 minutes.
  2. Pat the Mahi Mahi fillets dry with paper towels.
  3. Brush both sides of the fillets with olive oil.
  4. In a small bowl, mix garlic powder, paprika, salt, pepper, oregano, and lemon zest.
  5. Rub the spice mixture evenly over both sides of the fillets.
  6. Place the fillets in the air fryer basket in a single layer.
  7. Air fry for 10–12 minutes, flipping halfway through, until the fish flakes easily with a fork.
