Description

Crispy, golden, and tender chicken cutlets made in the air fryer, topped with a creamy Caesar dressing and crunchy croutons for a healthier twist on the classic Caesar salad.


Ingredients

  • 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
  • 1 cup panko breadcrumbs
  • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp onion powder
  • 1 tsp dried oregano
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 1/4 cup all-purpose flour
  • 2 large eggs, beaten
  • 1/4 cup Caesar dressing
  • 1/4 cup croutons, crushed (optional)


Instructions

  1. Preheat the air fryer to 400°F (200°C).
  2. In a shallow dish, mix the panko breadcrumbs, Parmesan cheese, garlic powder, onion powder, oregano, salt, and pepper.
  3. Place the flour in a separate shallow dish and beat the eggs in another shallow dish.
  4. Dip each chicken breast in the flour, then in the beaten eggs, and coat thoroughly in the breadcrumb mixture.
  5. Place the coated chicken cutlets in the air fryer basket, making sure they are not overlapping.
  6. Air fry for 10-12 minutes, flipping halfway through, until golden and crispy, and the internal temperature reaches 165°F (74°C).
  7. Remove from the air fryer and drizzle with Caesar dressing.
  8. Top with crushed croutons if desired and serve immediately.

Notes

  • For extra crispiness, spray the chicken cutlets with cooking spray before air frying.
  • Serve with a side of Caesar salad or your favorite vegetables for a complete meal.
  • If you prefer a more traditional Caesar dressing, you can use store-bought or homemade dressing.
