Instructions
- In a large bowl, whisk together the egg white, water, and vanilla extract until frothy.
- Add the pecans to the bowl and stir until evenly coated.
- In a separate bowl, mix together the sugar, cinnamon, and salt.
- Sprinkle the sugar mixture over the coated pecans and toss to coat thoroughly.
- Preheat the air fryer to 300°F (150°C).
- Place the pecans in a single layer in the air fryer basket.
- Air fry for 10-12 minutes, shaking the basket halfway through, until the pecans are golden and fragrant.
- Let the pecans cool completely before serving or storing.
