Ingredients

2 boneless, skinless chicken breasts

1 tablespoon olive oil

Salt and pepper to taste

3 cloves garlic, minced

1 cup heavy cream

1/2 cup grated parmesan cheese

1/2 teaspoon Italian seasoning

1/4 teaspoon crushed red pepper flakes (optional)

2 tablespoons fresh parsley, chopped
Instructions

Season both sides of the chicken breasts with salt and pepper.

Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat.

Add the chicken and cook for 5-6 minutes on each side, or until golden and cooked through. Remove from pan and set aside.

In the same pan, add minced garlic and sauté for 1 minute.

Pour in the heavy cream and bring to a simmer.

Stir in parmesan cheese, Italian seasoning, and red pepper flakes.

Return the chicken to the pan and spoon sauce over it.
