Description

This creamy pickle dip is the perfect blend of tangy, savory, and herby flavors, all mixed into a rich cream cheese base. It’s a quick crowd-pleaser for parties, BBQs, or anytime snacking—ready in just 10 minutes!

Ingredients

  • 8 oz cream cheese, softened

  • 1/2 cup sour cream

  • 1 cup chopped dill pickles

  • 2 tablespoons pickle juice

  • 1/4 cup chopped fresh dill (or 1 tablespoon dried dill)

  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder

  • 1/2 teaspoon onion powder

  • Salt and pepper, to taste

Instructions

  1. In a medium bowl, mix together the softened cream cheese and sour cream until smooth.

  2. Stir in the chopped dill pickles and pickle juice.

  3. Add in the dill, garlic powder, and onion powder. Mix well.

  4. Taste and season with salt and pepper as needed.

  5. Chill for at least 5 minutes before serving (optional but recommended for flavor).

  6. Serve with chips, pretzels, or fresh veggies.

Notes

  • You can use Greek yogurt instead of sour cream for a lighter version.

  • This dip can be made ahead and stored in the fridge for up to 3 days.

  • For extra tang, add a splash more pickle juice.

  • Want it spicy? Mix in a bit of chopped pickled jalapeño!
